Slide mechanism
Worst case would be when you have a single gear rack at the top and there should be two on a full wall slide. And the rollers positions are not correct. And its a kitchen slide.

Getting slides in or out
There are several ways to get slides in.
Apply 12 volts, positive and ground to the black and red wires.
Either at the motor or the control box.
Remove the one screw that holds the motor...

Could be the fuse in the back of the radio

Faulty connection
I found one problem like this caused by a bad connection at the outside outlet 29762
Two other times I found the problem with some outlets not working because of bad connections in a junction box
