The 2015 does have the higher windscreen. Changes are good that the unit you are looking at has already had the windscreen replaced. Mine was replaced in early 2016 and has been fine since.

The first place I started trouble shooting was with the switch in the coach. Turns out that there is a 2 amp fuse on the the power line that had melted.
