Yes I did bought a new Thor ACE 30.2 last year ,same problem took it to a heavy duty truck center they line it up, sent the bill to Thor they reimburse me my money ,took about 2-3 weeks to get it

My ACE 30.2 is doing the same took it to Thor they fixed it month later coming back on again they supposed to seal windows and everything but still bubbles

Screen latches

I had a couple of them corner latches that hold screen in ,Thor sent me some just contact Thor have them send you some ,I don稚 know anything the round ones you are showing

Out round tires on new 2019 Thor ACE 30.2

Just bought this unit went to have the tires balance they told me the tires was bad the were out of round ,my question who is responsible for replacement of these tires Ford or Goodyear ,Thor already...
