Sink cold water

I have 18 Challenger. On city water, all is well. On pump, cold water at sink and refrigerator water does not work. Anyone have an issue like this and got it fixed.

Using induction cooktop on inverter.

Fridge on inverter

The inverter is working and shows 13.5 v
But if it should power the fridge how do we tell it to do that? Is there a button to push or hold till the inverter kicks in.
