Palazzo fresh water tank

We need to drain all the water out of the fresh water tank but have been unable to using the regular methods. There is still about 3 inches of water left in the tank. Any ideas?

Fresh water inlet leak

We have a 2020 Palazzo and have a leak in area of the fresh water inlet. Does anyone know how to fix this? So we have to replace the entire panel.
