Leak in '19 A.C.E. 30.1: Water in outside storage bin under galley/water tank. Source? What is 1 1/2" aluminum flex hose terminating in bin's ceiling?

2019 A.C.E. 30.1 - flooded storage bin (passenger rear) fresh water, not gray - dripping from above. I believe from water heater. Of course it's Easter and the world is in lockdown.
