Exterior Panel Deformation

I have a 2020 Thor Chateau that is still under warranty. On the back exterior panel above the center rear light, the panel is show inward deformations where it curves to meet and attach to the roof....

Water valve

Just to close the loop on this I found the water valve behind a small access panel in the rear drivers side storage area. Seems crazy to have to undo 4 screws ( which will strip) to get to the drain...
