Thor Vegas windshield wiper controls

For the life of me I cannot understand why Thor took the controls for the wipers off the steering post of the Ford E350 and put them in a very difficult to reach spot. And now, just today the wipers...

Well guess what. I have the same maddening...

Well guess what. I have the same maddening thumping noise coming from the only slide in my Vegas. I would think that Thor could figure out what it is since it is obviously a manufacturing defect.

I love this forum!! I put the antenna far forward near the windshield, tucked the wire in the seams of the dash, hooked everything up, activated my radio, paid my subscription and now have satellite...

I would like any advice on satellite radio installation on the VEGAS/AXIS, in particular how to run the antenna wire to the inside of the coach. Thanks.
