Some of the Thor flooring develops soft spots from areas that are just not well supported by the framing.. It is not from water damage. May or may not need repair.

I used 4 inch Eternabond, over new but cured Dicor. Seal the edges of the tape with Dicor or glue will pick up dirt. It's basically a once and done.

Normal tolerance for AC voltage is 10%. For 120 volts, when you get below 108 volts you can damage/overheat electric motors. For the same power demand, as voltage drops the current (amps) increases.

Post Title is "Tiffin Wayfarer", which is class C diesel on Mercedes chassis. My 2016 Siesta, has no problem maintaining speed on 6-7 % grades. Your profile shows a Large class A which may lug down.
