windshield wipers get stuck
I had a similar problem. I removed the wiper arm by using a fly-wheel pulley. It worked like a charm. You can get an inexpensive pulley at most auto parts store. Good luck.

We have a 2015 Axis 24.1 We ordered safe-t-plus through CW and had them install. Easy, quick, and reasonable. The difference is noticeable right away. Great choice.
