Palazzo jack knife sleeper sofa
Can someone please tell me how to open our jack knife couch in our 2015 Palazzo? We have tried and cannot do it. By the way, The arms do not come off. So frustrating....thanks much

Can someone help me figure out how to put back the crank that you put the antenna up and down with? Was lowering it and it came off in my hands? Can't find any info about it online? I'm a brand new...
