Camping World sucks. We'll never go there again for anything. Call Thor and they'll authorize warranty work with any RV shop you want to take it to.

Just got 26HE and we love it, or I should say we will love it. Slide isn't working properly and have to reset board each time in or out. One awning motor isn't working and a piece of trim flew off...
