Challeger Power

Thanks, appreciate your comments. The Challenger has many of the same styling as many much more expensive diesels. I really like the coach for that reason. :thumb:

Engine Noise

Good to know about RPM's. I get past 3300 and I also think the engine is going to blow. I would generally wind it up to just past 3000 and then get off the gas until I felt it shift to the next gear....

If you want a coach in a good Toyota like quality condition, then you need to spend two or three hundred thousand more bucks on a big diesel. $80,000 is not much more than what...

They suggest not doing it, but...

I know this sounds trite, but I bought an ACE 30.1 and the first few months were spent fixing an endless litany of stupid issues. We're getting them nailed down finally. I've come to accept the fact...

I think it is the limited visibility and the long wheel base of a motorhome that makes small corrections an order of magnitude more difficult. The easiest way is to have the tow bar held by a handy...

I ran it hard when I first got it and put about 40+ hours on it in a few months. I had it serviced a bit early at Camping World. I believe they want the first oil changed at 50 hours. After that,...

It is a hassle to connect the Smittybilt up to the motorhome. When we owned a travel trailer, we went through the same thing. Gotta hit it on the nose, or drag the Jeep an...

According to Ford, the triton produces maximum torque, 457 foot pounds at 3250 RPM. I think the faster you get to higher gears without lugging the engine, the better the mileage.

Go Smittybilt
