I will sanitize my water heater. It doesn’t hurt and actually there is a bacteria that smells like sulfur when it is heat up in the water heater. So cleaning it helps to keep that bacteria out.

If I had a travel trailer that was only worth about 10-15 and I was upgrading. I might keep the trailer to rent out. I would think you could recover its replacement cost fairly quickly.
