Windsport Awning blew off

Early this evening the large automatic patio awing on my Windsport 34P got blown up onto the MH roof - broke both arms at the "knee" joints and landed on top.

You're right on the money blw, it's the sensors that bother me a bit. Actually it is kind of a theoretical question. It seems like an easy installation. Just not sure it would be worth while.
