same thing happened to me. My dealer had to use...
same thing happened to me. My dealer had to use the manual access panel(see pic with arrow) to manually release the lock. Had to replace one of the solenoids. Make sure all the locks are greased well.

First camp shakedown
We had our first trip with "the Beast". Overall went well but found some issues. Took it to the dealer and they are addressing them now.

Successful first inaugural cruise with the land...
Successful first inaugural cruise with the land yacht. The shakedown went well found a few problems had to drop the RV off at the dealer for them to fix them. Had a great time. Now onto other issues...

First time RV owners
Congrats! We too are newbies and just finished with our inaugural cruise with the land yacht - 2017 outlaw 38re. Have been learning like a sponge.
