Awning issues

Hi guys, my awning would not open. I used the remote control but it would only open a little at a time and will not close. So it seems to be getting power. Any thoughts?

These lines were under the rv I wrapped them in heat tape and put a couple of heaters under there. I also it 5 gallons of antifreeze in there. It took about 8 hours

Frozen grey tank lines

My lines from the grey tanks to the dump line are frozen I believe. I wrapped them with heat tape and put a heater under it. I do not have a good skirting system. There is a drain plug on the tank....

Thank you very much it was in the power distribution panel #22 but it was a pretty big fuse not the standard size
