Recommendations for 29FE hose storage mounting

I mounted a tube on top of the bumper, on a Four Winds 31E. Mounted on top because of a lack of places underneath for hole alignment, etc.

The thing is, the lifting happens as soon as the air comes on so I think that you're right that no glue was used or the glue was dried already when the vinyl was put down. Thanks for the feedback.
