We would agree it is not the inverter. Especially if you are on shore power to your son's house. Also be sure the engine is running and emergency break is set before running the jacks.

Yes, they did say it was wide open past the vents. They said the blocked air from going past the vents. But they didn't mention the rear. So we will check them.
