28z heat system diagram
Thor sent me the attached diagram of the 28z heat vent layout. They suggested removing the toilet and toilet box to get to the ducts under the shower.

Hammering water pump
I know your thread is older. Here is what I found works for the hammering in the walls. Turn off the pump and open all of the faucets and shower valves (hot & cold) to allow the water to balance out...
