Does this look like Gel Coat Oxidation?

Discolored areas on driver side of coach - not sure if this is oxidation or some other road stain - any thoughts? Was going to try a Gel Coast Restorer product - does that seem to be a good first...

It makes no sound - no lights on the panel - can't shift gears - totally unresponsive - shore power is working fine so was unaware of issue until I decided to start the engine since it had been about...

Deciding on Towing a Car with Gemini 23TR

Does anyone have experience with towing a car with a 2017 Gemini 23TR - GVWR 10360 and GCWR 13500 - trying to decide on future trips and whether towing makes sense - thanks for any experiences!
