Picture - I think
So here is what I found - the filter is pretty obvious - we didnt get a wrench that I know of but I have one from a home filter - guess just removing the filter and putting back the empty cartridge...

Couple of questions on Four Winds 31W
Love our new Thor Four Winds 31W and the Premier Package makes if pretty fully loaded. Have figured out most everything except:
Supposedly it has a whole house filter - can not find that filter...
