Cat scales weighs the axle's: so you get more than total weight but less than each corner.

If you pull in with a toad you'd get: front axle, rear axle, and toad weight.

comment--you don't actually weigh your tires; you weigh the camper.

Which can be done at any Cat scale (https://catscale.com/) like you mentioned.
