I drained the black tank again and let the tank wash run for a good 5 minutes. I had not left the tank valves open. I won't swear it helped but it didn't seem quite as bad. I didn't see the bubble...

The bathroom vent has one of those insulator pads inserted so no air being pulled through there. I looked under the bathroom sink. The P-Trap has no extensions other than to exit the sink cabinet...
