So it turns out they did not update the release notes from the last update that returned the to the rear camera after using the turn signals. However, they did release updated firmware that now fixes...

I did this update last year and while it returns...

I did this update last year and while it returns the screen to the rear camera after a turn, the radio volume still is turned off when the turn signal is engaged.
