OK, I took a look for you and the control box has a 'nor Mir' switch for each camera. Normal/mirror.
Set the switch on the control box to make your backup camera work correctly.

I believe, not wholeheartedly, there is a reverse camera view switch on the camera control box, which is seperate from the radio head. It's a cure if you can't find the axxera internal setting....
