I actually tried to get mine fixed through the dealer and Thor. Dealer ordered replacements that didn't work any better. Then someone from Thor called me, and said they were unable to find anything...

Funny, in my four winds 31W it was the exact same issue. The dealer was quick to fix it.... But you're right.... You'd think they would figure that one out!
