Sure looks like them. I hate these screens cuz they are almost impossible to put back onto the window. My big windows have 16 of these little clips and its a battle to get them to all snap into place...

If you can figure out what brand they are I would contact the window company direct. I sourced a few from another unit on dealers lot since mine were missing at delivery.
