Just setup the Impulse shade. Had to shim it because of the screen on the window coming into contact with the shades. You need a sliver of space up top to get the end...

I took the one in the kitchen off. Just two screws I accessed by laying on the counter and looking straight up.

That one broke so I ordered an Impulse Roller Shade system.
