Bill, it is a DRV cap. I actually know the owner and he said that the picture he posted was his actual cap. He said that he thinks that the b looking shape is just support for the cap.

I was hoping that styrofoam was used for the insulation. I’m concerned with the lights leaking when it rains. It probably wouldn’t happen, but if it did, I’d worry about the insulation getting wet...
