That is what GY Tech Support recommends. Take the weight of the heaviest tire on each axle and inflate each axle to the heaviest tires load.

I would check wight inflation chart to see if 100# is enough air based on you actual load. Add 5psi to what the chart says.

Not sure why you replaced the rear tire. Tire in pic looks like...
