I just looked at mine closely. The screws are hitting either the jamb or the edge of the door.

Screws need to be FLUSH to the hinges or you will have "hinge bind".

You can see where the screw head is hitting the wood. I would remove one hinge at a time and countersink each hole so the screw head is flush with the hinge. That should fix your problem.
