We contacted another dealer for support, the one we purchased from is not much help right now.
The Other dealer is coordinating a service tech to come out, perhaps this week.

This is our 3rd Toy Hauler, 2ed Thor Toy Hauler.
Minor issues after we got it home. Testing and setting up everything.
Hydraulic Jacks were stuck in the down position.
Could not get them to...
