DRV usually only makes 10 units a week, or around 500 a year. Not very fast compared to most. I think it's Jayco that brags about 60 per day, and it shows.

Don't know anything about automotive shops. But I do know the construction business and laws. If you don't like the quality or quantity of an employee's work your only recourse is to get rid of them....
