I have not, but I would expect you would need to raise the poles up on some blocks
to get the height you need to clear the roof. Just make sure the tent is secured to
the ground with some guide...

When I had the front end aligned at the Ford Dealer they stated that
there is no adjustment in the steering wheel to center it.
