Sounds like your coach was similar to our 2013 ACE which had the two low point drain valve "pull rings" on either side of the water pump in an outside cubby. Much easier for me to find than you from...

I don't know your coach, but attached is a link to a PDF manual for 2012 Hurricane/Windsport. Check under water systems page 87. I think if your 2011 is the same as 2012 they say the low point...
