Between the fresh water tank and the water pump...

Between the fresh water tank and the water pump (usually less than a foot apart) should be a shutoff for the tank (likely the drain valve too) then a tee with a piece of hose coming off and capped......

I've never used the low point drains for winterizing...
I've either sucked antifreeze in... Or blown lines out... In either case I've seen no need to open the low points...
