"Normal" on mine is to operate out of the water tank using the pump. Had my problems early with that description--"normal" to me would be off city water spigot. "City Fixtures" is for operating off...

Somewhere, there was a post about rebuilding these valves--mine is leaking when I turn it, and the 'clicks' for in position no longer work. Anyone have a link to the rebuild instructions?
