I would say it is worth it as you would have the second AC and the generator for 50A service. As stated before, better to have it and not need it plus it opens the options to where you can travel...

Interesting. We have 2 AC units with 50A service and it can get hot with both of them running. We have found the filters need to be cleaned pretty often or the air flow gets clogged up and stops...
