Got mine in the shop this past week. Mechanics said they found two bolts installed backwards, forcing the wiper arms to travel outside their normal path. Sounds like the same guy installed my wipers...

I just got the following response from Thor: "Hi sounds like the wipers are out of time to get them back in time take the arms off then put the wipers in park and then put the wipers back on Thanks"
