Have you checked the spare???

I would definitely call Hi-Spec right away -- maybe send PICS later. What does your spare look like? Any issues with it as well?

If you have a chance to upgrade your wheels to the 6050# wheels...

Look on the back of the wheel for the load

Look on the back of the wheel, in what I call the webbing. You will see the load rating on the wheel. The should be Hi Spec wheels.
