Since Thor is so popular I would think they could start putting pressure on dealers to service their product, similar to auto dealers. You sell our product, you fix our product!

I bought my first "RV" in 1978, it was a pop-up tent trailer, since then I have owned numerous rvs of different types. Each RV has had its own unique personality and quirks, none of them really bad....
