If the drain holes are plugged the water is going to go somewhere, usually inside. Holes get plugged from dirt, leaves, etc, best to check them once in a while as preventative maintenance.

I think I had the exact same problems you're having several years ago on a different coach. My window frames were aluminum with a lip, or channel all the way around. Like your window the channel...
