Absolutely. I have never put my switch in store except for once when testing it out. I'm fortunate that I store next to the house and keep plugged in 24/7 so keeping switch in the "Use" position...

Since I'm running the generator anyway I run both AC units to keep the whole coach cool.

The dash AC is just that, used for the dash area....

The dash AC is just that, used for the dash area. For passengers in the coach area you'll need to start the generator and run the roof AC.
