I did they advised it should be open. You should see water running out. For me there was nothing. Perplexing.

Dumped black and gray tanks. Hooked up water hose to the sani rinse inlet opened the black tank valve and nothing! Water doesn't seem to be flowing into the black tank. Anyone know why or what I...
