The Generator uses the same "charger" as shore power to charge your batteries. Do you have 30 Amp or 50 Amp service? If 50 Amp, maybe one of your hot legs is bad on shore power.

This is correct, but as Moldy said, his is inaccessible with the slide in. Also, as ZAN said, the USE/STORE switch has to be in USE in order for the converter to charge the batteries.
