I should have said that I closed 2 valves . When I hooked up city water I had a leak as well which stopped when valve was closed .

CW said they checked everything on their receiving inspection ! BS . The problem with the pump and drain was that the valve for draining the tank was half open thus keeping the pump on to maintain...

Water pump continues to cycle on and off . Also continue to get water coming out of overboard drain . ???
