I just read this from another user with a similar problem....New, first time RV owner here. Driver side bunk slide stuck about 4-6 inches below passenger side exactly as described by others here....

I am experiencing the same problem...also on a 2017 ACE 29.3. This sounds like it is an engineering/production defect. I wonder if Thor is aware of this situation. I have only had the bed down twice...
