I brought this up to my contact at Thor. His response is:
"... you have to make sure the switch is on before you plug it in so as to make sure it is connected so that it will charge while plugged in"

Battery charging issue
Not sure if this is the problem, but the house battery on my 2018 Freedom Elite 26he, was not always charging when connected to shore power. I think the problem is when plugging into shore power...
