Our Challenger also has one thermostat for heat. The blower will run for a while after the furnace heat stops. Sounds like you're normal.

Had a loose ground wire on the wiring harness in front of the engine on driver's side. Ground wire is attached to the bracket that holds on the front fiberglass cap. Tightened ground, all good.

IMO, steering stabilizer would be my choice. At least that's what we did. I installed a safe t plus, but there are others that will work as well. Better warranty and great CS at safe t plus "swayed"...
